- Membership with the GSfBS: If you want to learn about the GSfBS programme and your eligibility to become a member at the start of your PhD, please get in touch with your coordinator for an individual meeting.
- Registration as a doctoral student with the Doctoral Office of the University of Cologne
- Registration with the GSfBS and filling our supervision agreement
- Core programme of the GSfBS - Please note that members of a specialized graduate school like IMPRS or iRTG, RTG, ITN may have a more specific core programme and are held to contact their respective programme coordinator.
- Doctoral thesis: Upon request, the GSfBS provides a leaflet with some general information and guidance about how to prepare your thesis. Advanced doctoral candidates are encouraged to contact us. - Application for the admission to the doctoral examination: We can help checking the documentation of your TAC meetings, compliance with the mandatory core curriculum and the application for admission to the doctoral examination.
